This one from The Pinning Mama is on my list to try! And bonus points if you’re doing Whole 30 or Paleo because this one is approved for both! Fresh ingredients, lean protein, and full of flavor, this chicken salad recipe just looks like healthy goodness!
This is a nutrition powerhouse! Jamie from Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom brings us a low carb spinach salad with chicken that’s packed full of spinach, lean protein, and healthy fats. No dressing needed for this one, but she’s even got a healthy option if you want it.
Another BBQ chicken salad but a completely different variation. This delicious one combines chicken and a simple 2 ingredient dressing! Tastes of LizzyT came up with this salad recipe to make at home inspired by one of her favorite meals out.
Caesar salad is pretty much my favorite salad and I can’t wait to try this version from Pretty Providence. I love the idea of adding the seasoning to give the chicken a little kick!

It doesn’t get much prettier than this one from Two Peas & Their Pod. Tomatoes of all colors, cukes, and avocado for some good healthy fat. Put this alongside some grilled chicken or fish or lean steak and you’ve got a healthy and delicious meal that’ll keep you full for hours.
